still trying
 
I'm still trying to lose weight.

I've NOT packed on pounds over the summer (I'm less active), and I've lost a few. ;)

I'm going to the gym (erratically), eating better, and making a plan for lunches during the school year so that I'm not tempted to buy (high calorie) food from Panera's.


This morning my weight was 151.4 -

Good for you. I am the highest I have been for a few years. I don't know why. It can't be the chocolate. :D

My phone has a weight tracker app where you can track your weight daily.

I've been doing this - when I eat healthy my weight stays the same/goes down, when I eat out/eat some junk my weight goes up


First week of Aug average weight was 150.7

2nd week 151.2

3rd week 150.7 (don't ask about yesterday and today - ate out at local custard shop, etc)

Slow, but sure progress! :)


June ave = 152.4
July ave = 151.8
Aug ave = 150.8

Today I was 149.2

...but... I've eaten 2 bags of m & m s, had 2 cokes, a cheeseburger, and 🍟 today

Sep. average was 150.4


I've started drinking coke again :rolleyes: and been eating out quite a bit :eek: so.... I need to make some changes (again)

I was 148 4 this morning, first time I 've been under 149 in a long time. But.... I spent yesterday sleeping and only ate one meal.

I'm now down to 147 (and change)

I've not had any soda during the past week, and am eating healthier (fruit for snacks, not junk) better stuff for meals too.
