I'm in a youth group type thing in my church and I play trumpet in two bands. I don't smile much though. I don't talk 'cuz it's hard for me to breathe sometimes.

I only have two friends that I made in 8 years. One in my church and one in my youth orchestra. I am pretty sure I am shy. How do you break shyness? :confused:
