Re: What is a "false sense of well being"???

Re: What is a "false sense of well being"???
Thanks, PeeWeeMomOf3 and Annsdil!
I'm taking thyroid meds for hypothyroidism. I was really hoping for that "false sense of well being," or even just some energy! I'm just tired. Another week...

Re: Flu 2019
I'm sorry, snafu.
Theraflu or Tamiflu? I took Tamiflu last year and it was a miracle!
"They" say your symptoms should be more mild. I hope that's true.

Re: Maid of honor or not
It sounds like she's in a very self-centered bridezilla mode right now.
Be patient and kind. Fulfill your duties as a bridesmaid. And then expect her to just disappear for a bit while she's...

Re: Caring for Aging Parents
This is one of the things that totally peeves me!
We are having a graduation party of YDS. I haven't sent out invitations, yet, because it was too early and I was waiting on YDS to tell me what...

So, I've had a few health issues the last 15 years, all of which carry similar symptoms:
Headaches, sever fatigue, dry skin, aches, weight gain, cold intolerance, brain fog, depression...

Re: Caring for Aging Parents
Thanks, snafu! I'm careful not to plan too far ahead. My hope is that my mom can remain in her own apartment after she's not able to work anymore, and we'll pay the rent while we look for what she...

Re: Mexican Chocolate cake

Generally speaking, the list of ingredients for recipes aren't copyrighted, but the stories and illustrations are. :)

Re: Caring for Aging Parents
I am not planning on her living with us. Right now, she's still totally independent.
When she can't be independent, I hope to place her in a senior community so she's not isolated, and not...

Re: Moooom - arg

Re: "Making lemonade" 🍋
I'm sorry, snafu. Parents often get a little more self-centered as they age, and if more difficult behaviors become magnified.
