Re: Should I redirect my friend towards ending her marriage?

Eww... Sad situation for your friend. Treating his wife like that doesn't make him much of a man. Their relationship dilemma goes much deeper than what you stated. Sure, you can talk to your friend,...

Re: How to help my online gf with her family problems?

Re: Overindulged the grandkids.

Oh well... Guess we'll have to settle for Taco Bell. LOL

I think you can figure out a way to be there for the grandkids when they need you, yet let your son know his definition of responsibility...

Re: Overindulged the grandkids.

Re: Son moved back home - DDIL kicked him out

Your DS is a man and he made a choice. It's easier to blame the parents, others or chance than to accept responsibility for the bad decisions he makes.

I'm for choosing battles and tough love. The...

Re: X-mas 2017

We've always used an artificial tree. It's nice to look at, but we get tired of looking at it. It's just so... Out of place. Besides, I had to move the loveseat downstairs to make room for the tree....

Re: X-mas 2017

Took the tree down yesterday and put away all that Christmas stuff. We love Christmas, but we're happy to get everything put away and back to normal.

Looking at that blinking-flickering tree for...

Re: Overindulged the grandkids.

It's nice that you give your grand children presents. Giving more than the parent? Meh... That's you choice, although I would recommend limiting the quantity of items down to something they would...

Re: Twin brother inlaw

Yes. Maybe it will be an eye-opener for him. The police will pick him up and bring him to a mental health hospital for a few days.

Just be ready for the backlash when it comes.

Gpa: Yes.

GPa: Sure. How...

Re: Extremely sketch -- new tenant and his "hobby?"

Wow! That sounds bad.

Go to Radio Shack and get a $5.00 1.5volt beeping alarm. Take some black electricians tape, a couple of 4inch wires and a AA battery. Tape the wires to the +/- terminals of...
