last week I made it to 3 of the 4 classes I intended to go to (1 a night Mon-Thurs). I wasn't feeling well on Thurs.
One class meets twice a week & its for people who are new to exercise or prefer a low impact class - but more active than the "senior" classes. I'm doing good in that one.
Pilates ... pfft .... my core strength .... what core strength, lets be honest I don't have much .... but that means if I keep going I should see improvement
and I didn't make it to yoga

.... but I'm ready for it (I think)
(and after I got home from class tonight I came here to update ya'll)
