Hiccups are normal for babies, especially if they haven't burped. You can try to burp the baby, or give him a pacifier. They bother you more than they bother him, though, so it is also okay to just let them be.

I really appreciate your response. I guess I don't have to worry anymore if my baby will show such act again. Thanks! Someone also advised about breastfeeding if this happens again.
