Lucy - how's it going?

Have you tried seeing a dietitian or a personal trainer? A friend of mine had her personal trainer tell her she wasn't eating enough protein. Once she added more protein to her diet she lost weight easier.

I'm working it out. January and February are hard for me because I want to eat and hibernate. Having some gym friends really helps!
