Re: low impact exercise

I've been making it to 3 classes (of 4) every week, so next month I'm going to start swimming after yoga & pilates. I'm also going to try using the 3 pound weights in the exercise class that meets 2 x a week.

anyone want to "join" me?

Re: low impact exercise

I missed every class last week

Monday - had an appointment run really late/long
Tues - flat tire, emotionally wiped, did nothing once I got home
Wed - too many errands (had to make up for the night before)
Thurs - ....not motived

Weight up date:

Jan 1st I weighed 150 lb
Feb 6th I weighed 147.3 lb (oops - I planned on weighting the 1st of each month)

Re: low impact exercise

The scale is going in the right direction! Rather than look at the negatives, look at the positives. You ran so many errands-- how many steps did you walk?

You had a good rest week, and next week it's time to hit the ground running. But softly because it's low impact!

Re: low impact exercise

I only made it to one class (yoga) last week - only one class suits me time-wise! - Must have been something in the air, lol.

Not prepared to discuss anything with my scales.
