Smile lost 30 lbs 10 inches

If you’re looking for a weight-
loss program. This has worked for us 30 pounds 10 inches in eight weeks. Not a diet you would think of. It has been studied for approximately a Century. Not a celebrity diet or a quick fix. This is a lifestyle for better health and energy. There is a long list of benefits this program has proven to succeed in. Such as more energy, clarity, information loss, sugar cravings. It also has helped with high blood pressure depression and sugar lows. If you like you cam pm me at [snip]

Hi, RiaDali,

The only way to lose weight is to eat less calories than you need. Eat a healthy diet, get regular exercise, and consult a doctor. Everything else will be temporary and may be dangerous to your health.

LOL...

I've seen that a time or two.

250 lb couch potato whose mouth opens every time his elbow bends?

Re: lost 30 lbs 10 inches

Hi maniajee.

When a poster's name is in orange, like the original poster of this thread, that means they were banned from the forum for breaking the rules. (which can be found here if you are interested: http://www.friendsandfamilyforum.com...aq_forum_rules) In this case, the poster was a spammer who just joined our forum to advertise some product.

Your encouragement was very kind, but he (or she) likely didn't really have success with a weight loss program; they were just trying to troll for suckers who would spend their money on a scam.

General rule of thumb: don't bother replying to a poster whose username is in orange. They have been banned.
