I would block them on my cell and the house phone

I would also block them on any internet sites (twitter, facebook, etc)

If you take your child around a known sex offender that you know is not allowed to be around children then you may be found guilty of endangering your child or something to that effect.

It sounds like this man is a little TOOOOOOOO interested in your baby.
