Mexican Chocolate cake

I have a cookbook "cooking with spice" that has the yummyist chocolate cake recipe...its made with almond meal and ancho chili powder

I've also learned how to fold egg whites in

Yes, if you attribute the recipe to the author, there's not any issue at all.

Generally speaking, the list of ingredients for recipes aren't copyrighted, but the stories and illustrations are.
