Re: does anyone here have bipolar?

I've wondered about a few in the past, but I can't confirm any diagnosis here.

Re: does anyone here have bipolar?

My sister was bipolar. I had a neighbor who was bipolar. Honestly, I really don't have a lot of experience with bipolar.

All I really know is that you shouldn't mix meds and alcohol, causes a emotional rollercoaster

(friend's dad was "manic- depressant" {old term})

it's more common than you think, I guess
their's a lot of famous people with bipolar- i'm sure you know some of them.

perhaps not steven fry (because he's more well known in the UK), but certainly people like demmie lovato or eminem

even jim carey the actor (and bradley cooper from limitless)

Re: does anyone here have bipolar?

My sister had bipolar disorder and everyone was scared to be with her because of her sudden mood swings. I think it is quite common nowadays and they can be treated. My sister had undergone the bipolar disorder therapy <snip>. Proper medications and care should be given to them.

Yes, you cannot mix meds and alcohol. I have a brother in law who is bipolar and what i noticed is the sudden mood swings. And he can't sleep whenever he is excited or depressed.
