I usually write every night but if I feel a panic attack coming on i'll get it out. It's doesn't take the attack away, but it helps me get through it. I also write poems and songs. I've written 2 books that no one will ever see

I have a list of reflective questions (that I found through google) and Iíll pick one of these that stands out to me at that moment to respond to. I find it helps me to have a prompt to get me started, and questions work well. Just type reflective questions or journal prompts into google and itíll bring up lots of options.

For example
What chance encounter changed your life?
What have you learnt from a past mistake?
If you didnít have to sleep how would you spend your time?
