“All-fruit diet” sounds good to maintain good body, but is it really beneficial? If you consume only fruits you are excluding valuable nutrients like protein. Pancreas release insulin which controls natural sugar, as fruit s contains a lot of natural sugar the pancreas may get overworked because of “All-fruit diet”

Sugar cravings are one of the main reasons people have a hard time losing weight and eating healthy... The best way to curb a craving would be to have fresh fruits like apples or oranges as the natural sugars present in them do not cause the blood levels of sugar and insulin to bounce around, and the fiber in the fruit will satisfy your stomach.
