thanks for the encouragement

paper is DONE (unless my prof needs me to fix stuff)

I didn't start back on the soda until about 4 weeks ago - started with an occasional small, then to daily...started getting bigger ones the more stressed I was, then the past 4-5 days I went overboard


I'm back to cut off (snerk) Saturday - and I've had my one already for today


I'm planning on getting back on track with eating right & still got to add the exercise (+ I'm taking the vitamin B multi-vit)

I think I need a new scale...weight shouldn't fluctuate by pounds if you move your feet 1/4" - 1/2" (I've got a 3 lb difference today (less), from what I had the other day

YEs i am agree with u that motivation is really important for couraged u to keep doing ur work and for taking u to ur desired goal . If u just wana loss weight then u really dont need ot look for a gym or u dont need to play with weight . Just do some cardio exerices and get a healthy diet plan . hopefully this will help u .

Down 8 lbs since the school yr started- salads for lunch (& I'm running all over the place - I take the stairs when I could use the elevator, drinking lots of water, eating salads, and eating less bread)

my weight went back up a few pounds

Useing the elipitical has improved (and now DS is using it too )

I now can finish a mile+ in under 9 minutes - orginaly it was hard to get it done in 10 minutes (and I think I've used it 10 days - just not daily)

after I started I made a workout plan (saved on my computer) and today was the 7th day I followed my plan... I'm up to 14 minutes on level 3 and I completed 1.74 miles (this includes the warmdown, which was an additional 2 minutes)

I'm weighing myself Sunday mornings - and my weight has not budged for a bit - oh well - that will come

but my stanima is better
