Wii exercise

I'm on week two of restarting the new exercise program - 20 min 3x wk ... and it was a struggle when I started

my Wii board has crashed (its old ...) so right now I'm just using the remote. (biggest loser)

I'm thinking that I might get the zumba for additional workouts.

A new board would be about $90, then insurance on top of that & zumba would be another $30ish - any opinoins on if it is worth it?

Re: Wii exercise

Worth it only if you promise to use it faithfully.

Re: Wii exercise

I borrowed a friends zumba game and found it really hard! Maybe if you already have done zumba you would be fine with it. Or maybesee if a friend has the game you could trial it out see if they have a pre owned version at a game shop.

Re: Wii exercise

I'm voting a pre-owned version for everything!

Re: Wii exercise

I'm not fond of pre owned stuff like that - I'd rather have a new (unused) Zumba belt and a board with a warranty.

I think I'll just keep what I have for now, but if I keep using it consistently for another 10 weeks, I'll get the new stuff.

Re: Wii exercise

Have you ever tried an in-person Zumba class? I never have, but one of my good friends loves hers. I used to do aerobics when I was younger (pre-kids) and the social aspect of it was as good for me as the exercise.

Re: Wii exercise

Every exercise is good as long as you do it 3-4 times per week

Re: Wii exercise

I suggest Zumba... It's a good exercise and fun. I love dancing in a good music tune.
