RIP George Michael

That awkward moment in the grocery store when "Wake Me Up Before You Go Go" is playing on Muzak, making you happy, and you stop and realize...

I made eye contact with a guy who seems to have realized just when I did, and said "Wow, it's hard to mourn George Michael when this song is playing" and he said "So it IS his song! I was just standing here trying to remember." Two other shoppers overheard and chimed in. We all stood there a moment listening to that song, not knowing what to say next.

Awkward.

Christmas day isn't a good day for people to die. Neither are birthdays, anniversaries, other holidays, special events. Dead people are so inconsiderate.

Liz Smith a popular British comedy actress also died on Christmas Eve. Not to meniton Rick Parfitt same day. There sure has been a lot of celebrity deaths this year. 😔

This made me laugh!

He died at 53 of heart failure, according to his manager. Maybe he never fully recovered from the pneumonia.

LOL... Yep! Kinda let's me know just how fragile we really are. I've already had two siblings go. Then, if I add in some friends who are no longer around... Well... Guess all we can do is keep pressing on.

Just heard about that this evening - my wife told me while we were having dinner at our daughters home.
