Eat healthily and normally but keep an eye on the chocolate etc. It works for me.

on a serious note - people who completly denigh themselves treats usually fail their diets. My DM, for health issues, would allow herself a "binge" day - she didn't really binge, but would eat foods that weren't allowed on Sundays only. {certain foods triggered migraines for DM}

There is NOTHING quite as nice as a bar of chocolate.

Some effective and natural weight loss tips are
Avoid all fat foods and fast foods.
Take low card diet
Eat raw vegetables and fresh fruits
Drink plenty of water in a day
Make regular exercise plan.
