Unhappy Help!

I was diagnoised with Thyroid Disease almost 4 years ago and I take meds for it. I have been walking and doing as much exercise as I can and watching what I eat. I also have a bad back. But anyways, I have been trying to loose weight and I have lost 13 lbs, I want to loose more. I am at a stand still, does anyone have any ideas on how to loose the weight.

Re: Help!

If you are really serious about loosing weight, walk about 45-60 minutes a day, 3-5 days a week. Our bodies are meant to move, the more you move, the more weight you loose.

Re: Help!

Bridget,

Hi! I'm sorry, I just saw this post.

I wish I had some spectacular pill that would make it easier for us. *sigh* This battle is one of the toughest I've ever fought. I'm right there with you, girl. And Calla's right; you've got to move, move, move! (Welcome, Calla!)

Re: Help!

Try changing up the food you eat.

For example if you always have the same thing for breakfast lunch and dinner because you know its safe and you can have it...look for new recipes and foods that you can have without all the calories...

That combined with more walking should help you out.

I have plenty of recipes if you need some ideas!!
