Diet that prevent hair loss

Hair loss is a common problem in men and women nowadays. It brings stress in people and decreases confidence level in them. They think that they are getting old and do not accepted by social and professional people. Diet that prevents hair loss is quite useful for us if we are facing hair loss or baldness.
A diet rich in proteins, minerals, also vitamins always support hair growth. Hairs are made up of proteins that are known as Keratin, so protein rich diet is necessary for healthy hair. Mineral like Zinc and Iron are also important for keeping our hair follicles potent and active. Iron helps to provide more oxygen supply to the cells and Zinc is useful in their production. Vitamins A, B, C and D are useful for production of hair and different metabolic reactions of our body.
We must avoid intake of fried food stuffs. Fresh vegetables, fruits, and salad along with cereals, pulses, and condiments are good source of such diet.

Re: Diet that prevent hair loss

If you're losing hair due to diet, it means you are malnourished. You have bigger problems than balding.
