A friend put this on facebook, but not everyone uses FB, so i've just put the link to his website here. This guy is an artist, and makes intricate designs by walking in powder snow for hours to create these patterns. (Bearing in mind we don't actually have snow where i live, this is just mind blowingly beautiful to me).

Once long back I had seen one such
guy who created something of the
same sort, but on the sea shore with help
of a single gardening instrument...

I'll try to find out and post it as soon as possible...
