Helicopter parents

I know we have problems with helicopter parents in the states, but was wondering if other countries were having the same issues.

there's a new term - "lawnmower parents"

I have heard that, but the concept has been around for a while. We called them snowplow parents a few years ago and boy, do I know a few!
